Who We Are

Unbox Labs runs this website and the waitlist for Unbox, a hosting platform that is still in development. You can reach us at hello@unboxlabs.dev.

What We Collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• your email address,
• the time you signed up and, if you confirm, the time you confirmed,
• a private random code that makes your confirmation and removal links work.

To stop the form being abused, we also keep a hashed (scrambled) version of your IP address next to a request counter. It is used only for counting, and these counters are deleted within two days.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, shows no ads, and loads no third-party tracking scripts.

Why We Collect It

We use your email to confirm that the address is yours, to tell you when Unbox opens, and to keep the form from being abused. We rely on your consent: you give us your address yourself, and you can take it back at any time.

Who Handles It

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores our database. Our email provider sends the messages you receive from us. We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How Long We Keep It

If you don’t confirm your email, we delete it automatically after 30 days. Confirmed addresses stay on the list until you remove them or until we close the waitlist and delete it.

Removing Your Email

You can remove your address at any time, and it is deleted right away:

• use the “Remove my email” link in any email we send you,
• choose “Remove Your Email” in the footer of the home page, or
• write to support@unboxlabs.dev.

Your Rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Write to support@unboxlabs.dev. If you think we handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
